Applications for Year 3 entry in September 2027 should be made between 1 September 2026 and 15 January 2027, with offers issued on 16 April 2027.
Year 2 pupils wishing to join CKJS in September 2026 currently attending Charlton Kings Infant School - should apply through Gloucestershire Local Authority

Allocation of places
Admission Number
We have an agreed admission number of 93 pupils for entry into Year 3 each year. Typically, 90 of these places are allocated to children transferring from Charlton Kings Infant School, with a further three places reserved for children who have moved into the local community.

We warmly invite prospective parents to visit our school and experience our vibrant learning community.
Open days take place every October and November. During this time, we offer tours for parents both within and beyond our Charlton Kings community. We also warmly welcome families who are in the process of choosing a Reception school for their child.
